accessible location helpful staff balcony room stale granola empty saucepan inconsistent attitude
The location was super accessible to major attractions, though it was situated on a quieter side street. The staff were consistently helpful. I especially appreciated the fifth-floor room with a balcony. Daley and the entire staff were very kind.
The breakfast was simple, though the granola was stale! It was inedible. The scrambled eggs saucepan was consistently empty, no matter how early I arrived. I noticed that the breakfast lady's attitude varied each morning.

The hotel staff was helpful enough in guiding me to local restaurants.
I experienced constant noise beginning early in the morning. This made sleeping difficult and relaxing in the room impossible. The disturbance was SIGNIFICANT.

the location is amazing i loved how close it was to the opera and so many restaurants i found amazing shops just steps away exploring was super easy the staff was also so helpful and friendly they went out of their way to. i really appreciated the little balcony it had gorgeous flowers and added a magical touch i also adored the fragonard toiletries they were such a lovely detail the room was clean and nicely decorated it felt special.
the elevator was a bit small i had to wait a few times during peak hours but honestly it wasn't a big deal at all

the staff was very competent and cute they addressed all my needs quickly the team really knew the area and gave clear directions every time i asked , made navigation easier and better. everyone was helpful.

the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. i found the location convenient, especially its proximity to gare saint lazare. the room had nice toiletries and a comfortable bed for a restful night. the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.
the breakfast area felt a little crowded during peak hours.
